Yoga Guru + Role Model

Jessamyn is a yoga teacher and author of the book Every Body Yoga. Not surprisingly, she's incredibly fit and seriously strong, not to mention enviably flexible. But Jessamyn is something else too - plus size. In fact, she often refers to herself as fat. In truth she's quite beautiful. Elegant and proud and full of love and happiness and a special kind of glow that hovers around her like a misty cloud. Most importantly, she is changing the world's views on what a yoga body looks like and also, letting everyone know they're welcome in a yoga studio no matter the shape they're in. And we're so here for that.
